Late Policy

Any client showing up more than 5 minutes late to any 15 minute appointment will be asked to reschedule and charged full price of the services scheduled

Any client showing up more than 10 minutes late to an appointment 30 min-1 hour will be asked to reschedule and charged full price of the services scheduled

Any client showing up 15 minutes late or more to an appointment booked for 1 hour or more will be asked to reschedule and charged full price, no questions asked.

Cancellation Policy

All waxing appointments must cancelled or changed 24 hours before appointment time to avoid 50% charge and 4 hours prior to avoid a FULL CHARGE Microblading, Powder brow, Combo brow, or ANY service totaling over $100 must be cancelled or changed 72 hours before appointment or you will be subject to paying 50% of your service price. Cancelation same day will result in a FULL charge of the service NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICE FOR ANY SERVICE PROVID

Payment Accepted 

Cash and all major credit or debit cards are accepted. Cash is of course always preferred

All debit/credit transactions equaling over $100 will be charged a 3% transaction fee.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
